Schilling Distributing has been part of Acadiana since 1950 when family patriarch Herbert Schilling personally received the area’s wholesale rights for Anheuser-Busch brands from August Busch, Jr. It was owned and operated by his son, Herbert E Schilling II, from 1982 through 2019. Now in its third generation of Veteran ownership with Charles "Buddy" Schilling II, Schilling Distributing is proud to support Veterans and their families through various local initiatives and organizations, including the Acadiana Veteran's Alliance, which  supports veterans in job creation and work placement, assisting veterans in mental health solutions, creating a new, and funding existing veteran-focused philanthropies through focused efforts.
